I find that the US Amyloidosis Foundation (https://amyloidosis.org ) is a useful source of information about cardiac Amyloidosis. They recently prepared a webinar on "Emerging treatment landscape for Cardiac Amyloidosis". The webinar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKK9GlLiaAc) provides background information on cardiac amyloidosis and also the current and emerging treatments as well as explaining related treatments (diuretics, heart medicines etc.).
