First visit
« on: January 21, 2022, 08:58:49 pm »
Hello

I am new to the forum. I have joined on behalf of my husband who has Cardiac Amyloidosis and Multiple myeloma diagnosis since September 21. We are making our first visit in early February from Northern Ireland and plan to do this as a day visit.
Apologies if this has been asked numerous times before but we are wondering how much time we need to allow for a first visit?
Thanks in advance
Judith

Hello,
My other half went to the NAC just before Christmas and was diagnosed with a/l Amyloidosis ( heart and liver involvement) and multiple myeloma.
He was at the NAC for 2 days having thorough tests to get an accurate diagnosis.
They can arrange accommodation for you to stay over.
I know it’s far for you to travel but I honestly believe the NAC is first class   so definitely go, they are the experts and I honestly believe my other half would not be here still if it wasn’t for them.
Wishing you the best of luck.
