Serrapeptase is not recommended for amyloidosis; there is no evidence for efficacy.
Unfortunately there is a lot of misleading and inaccurate information about amyloidosis on the internet.
Also different types of amyloidosis are very different different illnesses and are treated differently. So before your father has a definite diagnosis of the type of amyloidosis, any reading you do about amyloidosis may turn out not to be relevant for his case, and may cause unnecessary worry.
