Al amyloidoses
« on: September 09, 2019, 02:02:41 PM »
Hi all
Great forum
So any ideas as to where al amyloidoses starts from, is it some thing I ate!, radiation?, could it be the pins I had inserted into my bone marrow when I shattered my arm a few years back?
Sorry if this is a silly question but what are the thoughts on the acquisition of this deaseas.
All the best to all you good people

Welcome to the forum. Not a silly question at all.
There is no known cause of AL amyloidosis - it is not believed to result from any of the things you mention.

After looking around seems Agent Orange as used in Vietnam caused a lot of cases.
